Thrown on the wheel and decorated with a hand-carved sgraffito design of wild meadow grasses.  The interior of the vase is glazed and water-tight making this suitable for flower displays.  The rim is finished with gold lustre. This is a one-off piece, entirely unique, fired three times to stoneware temperatures. The piece stands at 33cm high.
